Craig L. Kemper- President

Alvarado first opened its doors in the early 1980's.  In 1988 it was purchased by two key employees, Del Powell and Craig L. Kemper.  Del retired in1992 and Craig has been sole owner since.  After conducting business on South Broadway for 24 years, we moved to our new location at 4815 Jefferson NE to better serve our customers. (June 2012) 

Christ Zavakos - Chief Estimator

Christ Zavakos has been a key member of our team for over 20 years.  Christ is our chief estimator and can answer any questions you may have regarding your roofing needs.

Billy Kemper – Estimator

Billy Kemper has been with our team for over four years. Billy has grown up around the construction industry and joined our team in early 2012. Billy can answer any questions you may have regarding your roofing needs.

Chelsea Matts - Director of Customer Service

Chelsea Matts has been with our team for over three years. If you have questions about our scheduling process, invoices and billing information, or any other questions, she can help!

David Kemper – Warehouse Supervisor

David Kemper has been with our team for over four years. David has grown up around the construction industry and joined our team in early 2012. David assists all of our crews by maintaining equipment and palletizing equipment for each job.
